We want to brag, as you know, until recently to merchant Bitcoin set off the payment from the client needs to pay strictly the amount ordered in the application, but the cost to make until the end of the application’s lifetime – 30 minutes.
For example, the request was created for 0.01 BTC. Still, the payment came from the client 0.00984 BTC (users often forget to include network commission) – the merchant does not identify such an amount automatically. The client had to contact technical support to restore the request.
Now, this is all in the past; we have entirely redesigned the Bitcoin merchant:
– if you paid less or more than the amount you ordered in the application – the merchant will automatically recalculate the amount to be paid at the rate of the created application;
– if you have paid after 30 minutes, no problem; the merchant will automatically recalculate and fulfill your request at the current rate at the time of receipt.
